These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of uncoveringbiblesecrets.com and your purchase and use of the Christopher Glyn audiobook membership and related services.

By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
Our membership provides subscribers with access to a digital library containing audiobooks, recordings and other content featuring Christopher Glyn.
The exact titles and content available within the library may change over time as content is added, updated or removed.
Your membership gives you a personal right to access the content while your membership remains active. It does not transfer ownership of the recordings or other content to you.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase a membership.
If someone under 18 uses the service, the membership should be purchased and managed by their parent or legal guardian.
You may need to create an account to access membership content.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.
Your account is personal to you and should not be shared with other people unless we expressly allow this as part of your membership plan.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where you have knowingly or negligently allowed another person to access it.
Please contact us if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account.
Eligible new members may receive a 30-day free trial.
No membership fee will be charged during the free-trial period.
Unless you cancel before your free trial ends, your membership will automatically continue as a paid subscription at the price displayed when you signed up.
Our standard membership price is currently US$7.99 per month, unless a different price or promotional offer is clearly displayed to you before you subscribe.
The exact date of your first payment will be shown during signup and/or in your membership confirmation.
You can cancel during your free trial to prevent the paid subscription from beginning.
We may limit free trials to one per customer, household, payment method or account where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse of a promotional offer.
Following the free trial, your membership automatically renews each month unless you cancel it.
You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for each recurring membership payment.
The total price payable will be displayed to you before you subscribe, including applicable taxes where required.
Your billing date will normally correspond to the date on which your paid membership begins.
You may cancel your membership at any time.
You can cancel using ACCOUNT > SUBSCRIPTIONS > ACTIONS > CANCEL or by contacting us at christopherglynaudiobooks@gmail.com.
To avoid the next subscription payment, you should cancel before your next scheduled billing date.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
If you cancel after becoming a paid member, your membership will normally remain available until the end of the period for which you have already paid, after which it will not renew.
Cancelling your membership prevents future recurring charges. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for subscription periods that have already begun, except where required by law or expressly stated in these Terms.
We will not make cancellation unnecessarily difficult.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
UK consumers may have statutory cancellation and other rights in relation to contracts entered into online.
Our 30-day free trial allows you to cancel the membership before your first subscription payment is taken.
Digital content and services may also be subject to specific rules regarding cancellation once access to that digital content has begun.
Where the law gives you rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything stated in these Terms.
If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, no monthly membership payment will be taken.
Once a paid membership period has begun, membership fees are generally non-refundable simply because you have changed your mind or have not used the service during that billing period.
However, we will provide refunds where required by applicable consumer law.
We may also provide refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

We may change the price of the membership from time to time.
Any change affecting an existing member will be communicated clearly in advance where required and will not be applied retrospectively to a period for which you have already paid.
If you do not wish to continue at a new price, you may cancel your membership before the new price takes effect.
We expect the membership library to evolve over time. We may add, replace, update or remove individual audiobooks, recordings, features or other content.
We do not guarantee that every individual title will remain available indefinitely.
Where reasonably possible, we will avoid making changes that materially alter the overall nature of the membership you purchased without appropriate notice.
We may also make changes where necessary for legal, licensing, security or technical reasons.
Unless otherwise stated, the audiobooks, narration, recordings, artwork, website content, branding and other materials available through the service are owned by us or used by us with permission.
Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for your own private use.
Unless we expressly give you permission, you must not:
Where we expressly provide a download feature, you may use downloaded material only in accordance with the licence accompanying that content and these Terms.

We aim to keep the membership service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to restore the service where problems occur.
Our audiobooks and related materials are provided for listening, educational and informational purposes.
Some works in the library contain religious, theological, historical or interpretive material. Inclusion of a work in the library does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, interpretation or belief contained within it.
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

The membership is supplied for personal and private use. If you use the service for commercial or business purposes, we will not be responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Parts of our service may rely on third-party platforms or providers, including payment processors, website hosting providers and other technology services.
Their services may occasionally experience interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Where you choose to use a third-party service directly, its own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, and nothing in these Terms removes those protections.
